About us<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Serious about what we do. Not always about ourselves<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Tria Prima was founded by two women who have never been particularly good at staying in their lanes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We come from Athens, have taken unconventional paths and share a rather stubborn belief that the world can be a better place \u2014 and that we might as well do something about it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are curious by nature, creative by instinct and driven by a genuine interest in people. We believe in kindness, solidarity, imagination and the extraordinary things that can happen when people from different backgrounds come together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We also believe that being professional doesn’t require being predictable, that doing meaningful work doesn’t mean taking yourself too seriously and that a little rebellion can be a very healthy thing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The founders of Tria Prima<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Alexia<\/strong> Palesti has lived and worked in different parts of the world and has been involved in activism, social initiatives and a rather eclectic range of professional activities. She’s curious, outspoken and always interested in learning something new.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Christina Papatoli<\/strong> is a talented artist and jewellery maker with a strong creative streak and a mind of her own. She’s politically driven and, as an active volunteer, she believes in showing up for people, not just talking about helping them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Together, we combine different experiences, skills and ways of seeing the world. What connects us is not a conventional professional background or a carefully constructed corporate identity. It is a friendship and a shared desire to create, explore, collaborate and contribute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kindness is not a weakness<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We believe that people deserve dignity, opportunities, understanding and a fair chance \u2014 including when life gets messy. We believe that compassion and competence belong together. That creativity can be a powerful tool for social change. That listening is often more useful than pretending to have all the answers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And that nobody needs to be perfect to deserve respect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From ideas to action<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Tria Prima is where our values meet our work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We develop and implement projects, build partnerships, conduct research, create educational opportunities and help organisations communicate, grow and turn their ideas into reality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Some of our work is about social inclusion and empowerment. Some is about education, creativity, communication or international cooperation. We don’t believe that meaningful work needs to fit neatly into a single category.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What matters to us is whether an idea is worth pursuing, if it responds to a real need, and if we can contribute something valuable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A little less perfection. A little more humanity<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We don’t have a grand plan to save the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We do have ideas, skills, determination, a sense of humour and an enduring affection for humanity \u2014 despite all the evidence for the opposite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And we think that’s a pretty good place to start.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
